Booking Requirements
We do not rent to guest under the age of 21. There is a two night minimum stay for weekends and holidays.

Check-in/Check-out
Self check-in is from 3:00pm onward. Refer to your welcome email for the door code and other information. Check-out is 12 noon. Guest checking out late will be accessed a charge of $50.00.

Reservations
Guest must provide a credit card when making a reservation. A 50% deposit will be charged to your card when reservations are made. The balance will be due 72 hours prior to arrival date.

Cancellations
All reservations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. If cancellation is made less than 72 hours of reservation date, one night's stay will be assessed. If cancellation is made prior to 72 hours, a full refund will be given minus $25.00 cancellation fee.  Failure to call and cancel the reservation will result in being charged for the complete stay.

Guest
Non-registered guest are not allowed on property unless approved by management.

House Rules
No Smoking, No pets, No candle burning. Please refer to your welcome packet for more information.

Damages
Damages to furnishings or property, or missing items will be charged to your credit card. If the cottage needs excessive cleaning after departure, a cleaning fee will be accessed starting at $150 and your credit card will be charged accordingly.

UNDER TEXAS LAW {CHAPTER 75A, CIVIL PRACTICE AND REMEDIES CODE) AN AGRITOURISM ENTITY IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY TO OR DEATH OF AN AGRITOURISM PARTICIPANT RESULTING FROM AN AGRITOURISM ACTIVITY.
